I absolutely love this product when my daughter got into a car accident and was stuck on the side of the road in a completely totaled car the automatic crash response team reached out and got her help and notified me of what happened without this device there is no telling how this night could of went!
I BOUGHT AN AUTOBRAIN A FEW DAY'S AGO AND THIS STUPID PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AND IT IS CHEAP! AND VERY CHEAPLY MADE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE AND WILL PLAY GAMES WITH YOU LIKE ANSWERING THE PHONE AND PRETENDING THAT THEY CAN NOT HEAR YOU! AND TO MAKE MATTER WORSE ONE OF THERE STUPID MANAGERS I CONTACTED A MANAGER OR CEO OF THE COMPANY YESTERDAY BY THE NAME OF TOM AND HE SAID THAT HE WAS GOING TO TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING AND TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALL ME TODAY 3/6/2018 AT 10:00AM THAT NEVER HAPPENED SO I CALLED HIM AT 12:30PM AND THAT IDIOT LIED AND SAID THERE WAS NO! TOM THERE AND SAID I HAD THE WRONG NUMBER AND HUNG UP ON ME BUYER BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THERE ARE MUCH MORE BETTER DEVICES LIKE THE VERIZON HUM A MUCH BETTER PRODUCT AND COMPANY
