Overall love my lift!
It's difficult at times to continually hold the button to go up or down. It would be very nice to pull the power button out then have a switch to flip for up and down.
The lift started squeaking and has become louder within three months of purchase. It especially makes noise when it goes up.
I was in need of a wheelchair platform lift and was fortunate to find Joe and Assisted Lifting. He was helpful in helping me make the correct decisions for the lift I received. A few issues with the set up information; but that was a factory issue and not Joe's. Would recommend Assisted Lifting to others.

The gentleman I worked with was very helpful. I really appreciated that he was very knowledgeable even with shipping to a different state.

Thank you for your feedback Myrna. We enjoyed working with you and glad to hear you’ve had a positive experience.
We agree that a toggle switch would definitely be more convenient for operating the lift up and down. Unfortunately, the constant pressure buttons are an industry standard for safety, so that the user has constant control over the lift during travel.
Regarding the squeaking, it sounds like the drive screw needs to be re-lubricated. The manufacturer specifically recommends "Mobilith SHC PM 460” grease, which can be purchased online for $14-15. For official documentation, refer to the owner’s manual or limited maintenance manual found on our website. A quick Google search (Trus-T-Lift 750 Owner's Manual) will bring up the manuals as well. Let us know if you have any trouble, and we’ll be glad to help!
