I tried to contact them about the press release that I wanted to send out and they never responded to my calls! I tried their phone number and the support email. All I go was a robot reply! These folks are a scam!
I ve had horrible experience in placing track to Spotify playlists and "done for you" artists bio. Plays on Spotify were fake and Bio looked like it was translated from Chinese to English using google translator.

I don't think we got anything for our $197. The press release written by Artist PR was, in my opinion, terrible. It had inappropriate capitalizations, poor sentence structure and didn't convey anything about the band or music. We had a proper press release written by someone else and gave it to ArtistPR for distribution. The press release distribution is, in my opinion, highly questionable. It appears to be just Artist PR putting a news oulet's banner on top of the press release. Communication with ArtistPR consists of very slow email responses that read like prewritten boilerplate. I would not recommend ArtistPR.
I was a little concerned in the beginning, however, these folks know what they're doing.
The writers are very creative and on point. This has been one of my best press releases and I've had them done for years!
From the beginning, I wanted to find a company that could really help me enter the music market. There are a lot of dishonest companies and people in this narrow specialization and you can pay a lot of money without a chance to see any success. In the end, only the effect of the company's activities counts, and it confirms its competence. I think I finally found what I was looking for, making contact with your company. I hope that we will meet in person soon, which will be the effect of your actions.
