I called Artisan Air due to a recommendation from our neighbor. Our furnace had stopped working overnight and i had reached out to them to schedule an appointment to get it fixed as soon as possible. I was a little nervous that i would need to replace my furnace as it's about 15 years old, but they assured me that the problem could be repaired. Half an hour later the technician showed up and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. He left without even charging us a dime, now that is what i call service! I will recommend them to anyone with no hesitation!
