No way to get in touch with seller to get return authorization. If you're lucky enough to figure out how to get one I understand you only get a portion of your money refunded and have to pay to return to China. Seller review on internet really bad. Should have read first
The product was not as described or pictured on website. NEVER order ftim here. I expected a sweater with 3D embellishments but recieved a polyester t shirt type item. Not even close to what I otdered

Please don't fall for this company. Fake, cheap clothes that do not represent photos. The attached photo was for a beautiful, knitted cardigan sweater. Been waiting since early October for other item. It will cost you to return their bait and switch clothes. Stay Away

Extra fabric in clothes and they won't refund! Worst customer service! Hides behind their horrible policy with faulty product! Do not order from this company! It will take you over a month or longer to get your items. Mine took almost 30 days and I didn't event get my full order. Once received half the items didn't fit or were not like the items shown in the picture- different designs. Some items had extra fabric in them like a factory defect or something. Company refuses to return them. I was out of town traveling for work when they finally arrived so I missed their 15 day return. Now I am stuck with a bunch of garbage clothing that I cannot even donate! Save your money and go else where! Customer service was absolutely rude and unsupportive about it despite their poorly crafted clothing!
I purchased several tees, a few dresses only to find that this company is taking advantage of what we can't see. The fabrics are poor quality and not worth what you truly pay. They pricing makes you think you're getting a bargain, but that's not the case. What is shown on the website is not what you're receiving. I'm very disappointed and will never buy any other items. As I stated,"cheap is always too good to be true"
The clothes on their website look nothing like they do online when you receive them. One shirt looked like cotton and was actually polyester. The materials are very see-through. Returns are a pain. Do yourself a favor and don't buy these. It is a waste of money.

I was a little skeptical from ordering at first. You see cheap prices and you think cheap clothing. Well I was wrong, I have ordered 3 times now because the quality of these items are amazing and the price well you cant beat it anywhere. Tracking the order can be a little difficult but you send them a ticket and they get back to you so quickly and let you be at ease that your order is on the way. Great website overall. Great prices for amazing quality!
When purchasing a product at a cheaper value, you always risk the chance of cheaper fabric / quality. Every item that I received was surprisingly well-made and of great quality. Everything fit extremely well and was true to size. Everything was also very well priced considering I had bought five items for around $ 80. I would highly recommend to anyway looking for a good deal!
I checked the size chart before ordering my dresses. Just to be safe, i ordered two sizes. When they came neither fit. I requested a return and was informed that the return has to go back to China and the consumer is responsible for the shipping and it could take up to a month for the return to be processed. They offered me 15% credit. I already order larger sizes because my event is coming up I am on the losing end of this transaction Will not order from them again
Answer: The return address on the package is New Jersey but if you want to return it, it has to go to China. That costs about $25 in shipping

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility.
