While I was in the middle of trying things on, one of the staff members barged into my fitting room without knocking, leaving me exposed and completely uncomfortable. I left shaken and embarrassed, and when I reported it to the manager, instead of taking it seriously, she brushed me off and even gave me fake contact information to keep me from reporting it higher up. That kind of behavior shows a total lack of respect and integrity. Customers should feel safe and valued, not violated and ignored.
