Paid the extra for 2 business day shipping, and not recieving my item until 4 business days later. Ordered on Thursday, recieving on Tuesday. Let's give Thursday as a day of processing…, still doesn't explain why then 3 business days later I receive my item from American Muscle?
Sunday night shopping, asked a few questions late night in chat. 5 minutes later order was placed. Received order by Thursday. Overall great experience
I ORDERED ONE PART FOR A CUSTOMER AND ORIGINALLY PLANNED ON RECOMMENDING THE COMPANY TO CUSTOMERS. INSTEAD, I WONT BE DOING THAT. I HAVE RECEIVED 13 EMAILS WITH ANNOYING MARKETING PROMOTIONS. IF IT WAS 13 EMAILS OVER 5 WEEKS I WOULDN'T HAVE AN ISSUE. IT'S BEEN 4 DAYS SINCE I PLACED MY ORDER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Had a great experience we have placed three orders spending around $1600 to $1700.00 we will be back when parts are needed but I do have a question it's says we get a gift (shirt) so can we get 3 free shirts 1 medium 1 X-Large and one 2 x so we can wear them on my husband birthday since we bought all the car parts for his mustang?

Still have not received my package! Updated that for some reason it was sent to an old address that was in your system? The last 3 orders were sent to my address I have had last 6 years. Make sure you delete all old addresses in the system so this does not happen to you. Really needed a part for my sons car in the body shop!

Ordered on Jan 20,2025 says delivery between Jan 27-30, by Jan 28 still no update. Also stated shipping date was Jan 30, reached out via chat support stated no shipping info. Cancelled order due to it

Answer: I have never found it hard to contact AM. Simply called the costumer service line and within minutes was talking with a rep and resolving any issue I had.
Answer: From my experience, I would expect a lot of support. Someone left out the SUPPORT from customer support.
