Jennie begins her classes in a meditative state, bringing you to the here and now. Jennie gradually adds intensity building strength, endurance and confidence. You will find yourself doing moves you never thought possible. I am in a great place emotionally, physically and spiritually because of her teachings. I am forever grateful.
