I was looking for an app that would meet my daughter needs, after reading the review on a few we decided to go with AdaptedMind. I must say I was not disappointed AdaptedMind truly meet all my expectation and beyond… My daughter Zoey it's always excited to to learn and do not complain. It is fun and easy for the kids to follow and make them feel like they are achieving something, as a mother It's very rewarding to see my daughter happy and excited to be part of the AdaptedMind family😊 To all of you parents out there who is looking for an app that would keep your children engaged and at the same time they are learning this is the app for you. Thank you to the team of AdaptedMind, may you guys continue to reach children all over the world and have our children reach they full potential!
I use to use adaptive mind as a educational builder upon what he was learning in school to keep up on his learning. Now we use are using it for homeschooling for my 8 year old and it's GREAT. I love thr option of being able to have more than one user so we are now adding learning for my 3 year old.
We're only on day 3 of our free trial and already know we won't pay for this app that is so glitchy. We get kicked out and "oops" messages a lot. Too bad because I think the education style is good.
We've used it for a couple days so far and it's been interesting for the kids. Social studies for my son (grade 3)- the videos were not working at all even after reloading numerous times so that made it impossible for him to pay attention. As well my daughter (grade 4) has very easy math questions. It seems like they are much easier than my son who is grade 3. I'm hoping there's a way to reset it for her so she can get back on track.
My kids love this so much. They think they're just playing a game but they're actually learning. They love the characters too.
My keiki are loving every bit of each tool and study courses on here from Pre-K-Middle School. As soon as we come home and even before school, my niece begs for my laptop to join in and continue climbing and learning waiting for each level to open up again. I LOVE seeing her speak for growth and learning and continuing to shine with the praise and results from this program. 10/10.10/10.
Love this aspect of a math app. But you can only do one lesson a day which my daughter can finish in less than 20 mins. Our teachers are currently on strike so it would be nice to be able to do 2 or 3 lessons. My daughter does love it though
Hi Danielle! We’re glad your daughter loves the learning style and we’re sorry the lesson limit feels restrictive. Our short, focused sessions are designed to encourage efficient learning, balance screen time, prevent burnout, and keep engagement high. That said, we understand you may want more. If you have other questions or concerns, please email info@adaptedmind.com and our customer care team will be ready to help!
My grandaughter fell in love with the site immediately from she saw the Avatar. Right away, she begun to create her Avatar on her own. She wanted to work longer than the stipulated time. She was working with joy. I am no longer struggling to get her involved in her school work.
So far we just signed up for Math and our 5 year old grandson loves it.
Our grand daughter said she had this program in class when she was younger and loved it too.
I subscribed this as a supplement education for my kids. A 3rd grader and my 6th grader. My son loves it a lot (autistic). I noticed that they added higher grades recently but it still seems juvenile for my 6th grader. I had also noticed that when I wanted to change the grade for my 3rd grader (keep him on track for his cure t grade level) it still challenges him on 1st and 2nd grade level even when I select for him to practice on 3rd grade level. So I think that's weird. Other than that it reminds me a bit like knowledge adventure games from when I was a kid and I was hoping this could be something like that for kids.
My middle school daughter needed some extra math help. I was looking for an app to make it fun. AdaptedMind popped up, so we gave it a try. It has a more juvenile esthetic and pace, and it's annoying that there isn't a way to opt out of the study skills lessons (I can't remember what they call these), and that it only allows you to do one short lesson per day. Overall, it didn't meet our needs.
Hi Jess! Thank you for giving AdaptedMind a try, and I’m sorry it didn’t fit your daughter’s needs. Our curriculum spans pre-K to 8th grade, but we hear you that the aesthetic and pace can feel younger. You can retake the quick placement or bump the level in Settings to better match middle-school skills. The study skills (“Super Skills”) lessons are designed to build good learning habits, though we understand they’re not for everyone. We’re exploring ways to add more flexibility and skip options. The 'one lesson per day' format is meant to keep sessions focused and prevent burnout, but we can share ideas for extra practice if you’d like. If you’re open to it, please email info@adaptedmind.com and we’ll make recommendations for your daughter or help with your account.
My kids are in 6th and Kindergarten they love learning new skills on AdpatedMinds it's fun exiting to my kids to learn while playing games
I recently discovered the AdaptedMind app and shared it with my 8-year-old niece. She's currently learning English as her second language, which has been quite challenging for her since she's more accustomed to listening and reading in Mandarin.
However, she immediately loved AdaptedMind — both for its user-friendly interface and engaging content — even though she's not a native English speaker. The design made it easy for her to navigate and stay motivated, which was a pleasant surprise.
It is worth the money it has a screen limit, makes it fun, and just my child loves it. Worth it!
We have been using Adapted Mind for a few days, and it is very glitchy. This frustrates my daughter and affects her focus on learning.
Hi Shazzi! Thanks for trying AdaptedMind, and I’m sorry for the glitches. That’s not the experience we want, especially when it interrupts learning. Please update to the latest app version, restart your device, and try a strong Wi-Fi connection. If issues persist, email info@adaptedmind.com with your device/OS, app version, and a screenshot. We’ll troubleshoot right away and get your daughter back to learning.
I'm extremely frustrated with this site! It charged me way more than the average rates, which is unacceptable. I strongly advise against downloading it. Additionally, I encountered significant issues with loading when I first started using it. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing.
Hi Zoey! Sorry for the poor experience! That’s not what we want for families using AdaptedMind. Our standard price is $9.95/month after a 30-day free trial, so if you were charged more, something’s off and we’d like to fix it. Please email info@adaptedmind.com with your account email and any receipt details so we can review and make it right.
For the loading issues, try updating to the latest version (or refresh/clear cache if on web), restart your device, and use a strong Wi-Fi connection. If it continues, include your device/OS (and browser or app version) and a screenshot—we’ll troubleshoot ASAP and get you back to smooth learning.
I recently reviewed our credit card statement and found 4 charges, one each month, for $9.95. We had never even heard of the company/site and we don't even have kids. Immediately called the credit card company to dispute and they are "working on it". Look at all the other reviews and decide for youself. They aren't associated with the BBB, so there's nothing that can be reported there.
Hi Darren! So sorry for the unexpected charges! That’s not the experience we want. Our plan is $9.95/month, and we take any unauthorized billing very seriously. Please email info@adaptedmind.com and we’ll locate any account tied to your card, cancel it, and make this right.
If the charges came via Apple or Google, you can also check Settings/App Store › Subscriptions or Play Store › Subscriptions to remove anything active. Either way, we’ll help investigate and resolve this quickly.
While i watching youtube adapted mind blocked me from watching i hate this and is a dark website please remove it or i will destroy adapted mind but how
Hi Hero! Sorry for the frustration! That’s not the experience we want. AdaptedMind doesn’t block YouTube or control access to other sites. If you’re seeing blocks, it may be from device settings (Screen Time/Family Link), a content filter, or your network/router. Please email info@adaptedmind.com with a screenshot and your device/OS, and we’ll help troubleshoot so you can get back to learning.
I don't understand how my kids were able to register on your website using my credit card without my card details or my permission, just by using my computer. My child said she simply followed your advertisement and signed up for a free membership. Fortunately, I noticed this in time; otherwise, I would have fallen into a trap or scam. I believe your registration process lacks security and feels like a phishing scam
Hi there—so sorry for the worry; that’s not the experience we want. We don’t charge any card without explicit authorization through trusted processors (Apple/Google or our secure checkout). What you describe can happen if a device has saved payment methods, Family Sharing/Family Link enabled, or an in-store subscription managed by Apple/Google.
Please email info@adaptedmind.com and we’ll investigate, cancel anything active, and make this right.
Helpful safeguards you can enable:
- Require Face/Touch ID for purchases (Apple/Google)
- Remove saved cards or disable autofill in the browser
- Use Screen Time/Family Link to restrict sign-ups and purchases
Thank you for flagging this - we take security seriously and will help resolve it quickly!
In a quick review of this resource, I discovered that the reading program is not as user-friendly as the math program. There are no teacher interactions when a question is missed. The navigation is not as straightforward.
Answer: Hi Jolene! We're happy to help. You can cancel your subscription anytime through the platform you used to sign up (Google Play, Apple App Store, or our website). If you need direct help locating your account, please email us at info@adaptedmind.com — we'll take care of it right away!
Hi Meghan! Thanks for giving us a try, and I’m really sorry for the crashes and “oops” messages. That’s not the experience we want, especially during a free trial. We’d love to fix this so you can properly evaluate the program.
Quick checks:
1. Update to the latest app version
2. Force close/reopen the app and restart the device
3. Try a strong Wi-Fi connection
If issues persist, please email info@adaptedmind.com with your device/OS, app version, and a screenshot of the error. We’ll troubleshoot right away and help you get back to smooth, uninterrupted learning!
