A few days ago 247 Sports ran a year end 50% off promotion for their annual subscription that included Paramount Plus. This promotion is extremely misleading (ie a LIE) because the Paramount Plus subscription is NOT included UNTIL the promotional period expires and then ONLY IF you re-new your subscription for a second year at full price. 247 Sports needs to remove any reference to Paramount Plus being included with their promotions and/or CLEARLY state that Paramount Plus IS NOT INCLUDED at the promotional price. If the only way to get Paramount Plus is to pay full price then WHY is 247 Sports even mentioning it in their promotional advertising? Clearly they are being deceptive and to boot it all, they refuse to refund any monies once their scam is understood by the customer. Avoid this unscrupulous company.

Decided to cancel. Can't cancel via email. Have to call and they cut off calls waiting at 10 mins. They never answer before cutting off your call. This practice has been ruled illegal by the FTC. Indeed, I had to file a complaint with the FTC to get them to cancel. Don't do it. Just don't do it unless you plan on being billed for the rest of your life.

I do not have an issue with the site or its content. I've been a loyal customer for 15 years. However, due to hard times, I asked to cancel my membership. My credit card was billed recently. I called 247 sports and asked if there is a way I can cancel my membership and receive a refund. I spoke to multiple people and they stated I have to wait a full year in order for membership to be cancelled because I was already billed. Very disappointed in their policy.

I bought a years subscription on the recommendation from a friend. I can watch all Premier League football plus Test Cricket and Grand Prix motor racing. Also lots of other sports. The interface on my smart tv is a little unwieldy but no big problem, hence only 4 stars. HD picture with no buffering. Good English commentary. I have read that the company make cancelling difficult but why would I want to cancel. If there is a problem cancel through my bank. No brainer!

As a paying subscriber, it feels like 2010 the way that 247sports blitzes you with forced and aggressive advertisements. Whoever is running 247sports is ruining the customer experience. What a shame for those that work hard on premium content, only to have that impacted by leadership wanting to max out ad revenue.

Due to the fact that the quality of the website has deteriorated a great deal, I decided to cancel my membership. 247sports makes it difficult to cancel your membership. That right there says something about this company. You have to call and wait and wait and wait to get a live person. And if you're one day past your renewal you can forget a refund. And I'm talking about one day. This company has a NO REFUND POLICY. So save yourself headaches and some money by looking for another website to provide the information you seek. There are so many options so no need to waste money here..

I emailed this company inquiring about recruiting and I've emailed multiple times over a month and a half period and I guess they're too busy for their job. This is not a very professional company from my personal experience.

They make you call just to unsubscribe and then tell you calls/wait times longer then 10 mins will be canceled. Guess what, they are going to make you wait longer then 10 mins. Who the hell does business like this in 2022?!?
