Hi, thanks for your question. Your files should convert fine, as long as they aren't copyright-protected. If you want to test a conversion to check the quality of the converted file, you can convert up to two files (each up to 150MB in size) for free using the 3-step tool on our homepage. Hi Robin, if the file is a standard PDF file then we should be able to convert it to an editable Word document for you. Unfortunately, if the file contains a scanned document, we won't be able to convert it to an editable text format - you'd need to use specialist OCR (Optical Character Recognition) software to convert this type of file to editable text. Hi, with our free service you can convert 5 files per 24 hours. If you want to convert more files than this, you'll need to either wait 24 hours to convert the other files, or sign up for one of our paid accounts (starting at $9 per month). We hope that makes sense. Thanks, the Zamzar team.
