One of my 3 items never arrived. And paypal refunded my money for the whole thing because the other two items were so horribly different from what they pictured. Run. Run far away. It's not worth the cheap prices, because you're just throwing that money away.

No. Been waiting on 3 things since September. Their response has been to give it until November 17th... somehow this seems more than 25 days I was first told. Had I been a better shopper, instead of a just looking for cute clothes shopper, I would have realized I was ordering from CHINA... never again and now I research before ordering. No matter how cute the item is!

No... the sizing is all wrong... items are super thin and the faux leather smells really really bad. Customer service is also a sham... they write polite responses and asK for your order number then offer a $25 discount because they require you to ship back with tracking and they know tracking is expensive... they don't ship tracked either tho... smh. Best just to save yourself a headache and stay away from this rip off company.

No they are terrible clothing not as pictured terrible quality and didnt send an item I paid for. Customer service is horrible

They definitely are not reliable, the are reliable in taking your money and not delivering. The is the worst company ever, please fellow shoppers don't waste your time or money, better quality items can be purchased from the dollar store and they have a return policy that don't require you to take pictures. I have told all my friends to stay clear of ZAFUL, unless you are feeling charitable and just want to give away some money. Still Mad as H*LL.
