Scam, questionable business tactics which are reported to the Better Business Bureau and American Express. Failure of customer service to respond within 72 hours as promised.

Scam company! I order an item that out of stock and waiting 3 months for it!

They are illegitimate, useless, dishonest, uncooperative, confliting policy information, not helpful, customer service stinks. They are dishonest to paying customers. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. I am blasting them all over social media. They should be embarrassed about their operations and customer service. It is not fair to treat innocent customers this way. I hope they go bankrupt!

They are not an ethical company. I bought an appliance on their website on 4/5/2021. Was promised shipment on on April/30-May5. I got an email that the shipment was moved to May25-May29. Now I got an email saying that the shipment was moved to June11-June15. I sent them several emails requesting them to allow pick up at the local store. They refused. I see now that the price has gone up and they are trying to get me to cancel my order which as at their advertised price. SCAM. BAIT and SWITCH

Legit company making billions by scamming customers with phony delivery dates. They were fined a million dollars on 7/16/20 by the FTC for false advertising. I've been caught in a nightmare over a $300 coffee grinder that according to the manufacturer hasn't even been made yet. I was charged multiple times. Delivery went from fast shipping' to one month to 3 months to 5 months and today their ignorant twitter rep Sara blocked me.

They are a legitimate company in that they typically sell you things, charge you and ship them. Unfortunately, they also frequently do not provide items in the correct time frame, or deliver damaged or incomplete items and then refuse to make it right. I would never order anything large or expensive from them. Their customer service is a nightmare.

Definitely a Scam. Been waiting since 2024/10/29 now 2024/12/06 for my le creuset Dutch oven that costs over $300. They delayed my order 3x and when it promised to arrive it never showed up and the arrival date kept getting pushed back. I'm not sure if I will ever get my Dutch oven at this point

Their legit and I want to make it clear I do not hold them responsible for the failure of products they sell.
