You can get an emergency one if you go to the government website and download everything there an pay the fees. All this site does is prefill your application, like how pdfs do it. It doesn't do anything unique to get that done but they charge a lot for it.

You probably won't sadly. They claim to have a customer satisfaction policy where as long as you cancel within 72 hours you can get one. HOWEVER I tried THE SAME DAY and was told me sent you the application already. Service was done oh well. Even though their false advertising made me think I was ordering a birth certificate not paying $50 for a dumb application. They blocked my email when I asked for a refund. This place is a joke next time use vitalchek instead and good luck on your refund.
