It's a legit company, but their customer service practices are so shady I'd recommend you run in the other direction. Poor quality products, terrible customer service.

In my experience they do respond, but they don't really do anything to help remedy the situation. Avoid this company.

They were highly rated by professional shoppers and gift companies. I think they are getting their kinks worked out as what my kids have recieved are decent snacks and things we haven't heard of which was the idea for the gift. Shipping has been the biggest issue as we haven't known when to expect package.
