yes - why is a refund so difficult to organise? Accounting dept keeps requesting bank proofs to show extra debits - I have sent my bank statement reflecting and they say it does not show. Furnish a telephone no and DIRECT contact email of a person - a real person - so far i have dimity, linda, anastasia, konstantin and NO REFUND . my email is roancpretorius@gmail.com - there is extra debits - I"M looking at the statement "trueldsco" is the recipient -
