I was wondering why when I called Trinity to ask them about the model of my generator that they installed, I never received a return call at all. Like I always say "once they have the money, your time is over. Jesus, it makes me mad when a company takes up that thought. They don't need you once business is done, they forget who you are. I recommend people to Trinity, but I will now stop doing that. They too, bite the hand that feeds them.
