Very difficult, Tortoise Town seldom does not answer the phones or emails

This was my experience from purchasing a tortoise from them, which I wish I hadn't done.

(1) BEFORE you purchase: TortoiseTown will be very friendly to and reply promptly to all your email questions, in order to get you to make the purchase.

(2) AFTER your purchase or if you have complaints: TortoiseTown will ghost you on emails, and all phone calls go to their voicemail which will be unanswered.

It is very difficult and they don't do refunds. It will take a week to get any response at all and several more weeks to find out no refund and no replacements.

They never answered my emails, phone calls, or Facebook messages.

They were very easy to get a hold of. Ray answered the phone right away and was able to answer all my questions.
