On my skin, nope not at all. But my skin is tough. I can't speak for everyone. But I have had no problems with too faced products.

Should I buy Too Faced online?
Answer:
It depends on if you need to swatch and test colors before you wear them, but I think it is easier to buy online for the most part. There is free shipping on orders over $50, and with the price of the products that wouldn't be hard to go over.
