How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Thirdeyetranscend.com?

They are quick to respond to email, but the content is not truthful. They promise to follow up, or that your merchandise is on the way, or "please just give it a few more days". I waited 1.5 months and have several emails with promises from them that they would deliver my product or refund my money and neither has happened.
