Is Taboola a scam or a legit company?

Taboola is a joke, literally a joke. I went to sign up, thier site didn't ask me to set a password, it didn't have a start date, an end date or a budget amount to set? They did however ask me for a credit card to get started. LOL

They are clickbait- complete waste of time compared to actual press.
