I have only placed one order so far. I ordered 10 blouses. I returned 5, due to size issues. All 10 blouses were nice, but 5 did not fit quite right due to different manufacturer's. You need to get an RMA # for returns. I was promptly refunded my money for the 5 blouses. I would order again in the future. I am not aware of any return quantity restrictions. Hope this helps.

No. Just go into your account and find your orders and it will give you the option to return, select that and it will give you RMA # and label to print. If there are any changes, it should say on your packing slip when you get the item.

I have not ordered from them for several months. I stopped ordering because I read in the small print that they limit returns to 3 free a year. They may have changed the policy since I ordered last. I have had to return items and was at the point to have to pay for returns so I quit buying from them. Not worth it for me. Hope this helps.

Sorry I'm not sure on this one. I didn't have to return anything. My purchases were true to the size needed.

No Carol there is not! You can return as many as you want! Let them know what the problem is & they take care of it immediately! I never had a problem with them, so I'm very positive they will credited back to your account! Their customer service is always helpful! I use it if I'm concerned about a order I just place, so I'm know that I am getting what I'm paying for!
