Is Stamps.com a scam or a legit company?

Stamps.com might as well be called SPAMS.com
Good luck trying to cancel the account. Their website directs you to follow the steps noted below in order to cancel, but the "close this account" option SIMPLY does NOT exist! It is not there!
You email them and do not get anywhere.
You call their phone number and they put you on hold for over 45 minutes!
In the meantime, they are charging you!
"In Stamps.com Online: Open the My Account drop down menu and select Manage Account. In Stamps.com Windows PC Software: Select the Account Tab.
Select the Change/Cancel Plan Tab.
Click close this account.

Definitely a legit business. I save tons of time by having Stamps.com. Easy, convenient, saves all your contacts, history of postage printed etc.

Stamps.com is a legitimate company your company can use effectively and the cost is substantially less than a postage meter
