It's a total scam. Google search reveals a history of fraudulent products. They refused to refund an item that was never delivered to me and harassed me for personal information they're not allowed to ask Amazon customers (Amazon third party seller) and refused to help unless I gave it to them. Absolutely disgusting business practices.
