They could give a shit - they create a monopoly in the area and do whatever they want - raise the rate, intimidate, and are very rude and no help to customers!

You're smart to stay with FIOS. Spectrum is the worst cable company around. They're very expensive and your bill will start creeping up every other month without any explanation. Avoid Spectrum!
