We would like a refund! I actually like the way SmuMug displays our images, site design and I find it easy to use however - the PayPal doesn't work and ALL transaction are being declined! Their tech support said everything was fine at their end but upon getting friends in different locations. browsers etc check they also get the same error! I now get an email saying this has been escalated to a higher tech support!
