I read some great reviews, but most of them were less than complimentary. I want to order Christmas cards.; will they be good or bad???

I agree. It's a gamble. The first 2 years I loved the cards. This past year the card did not print well for some reason. If you need customer service to help you, it's a huge issue. I am sending back the cards and I used another company. I hope I get my refund with no issue. If I don't, I will just have to contact my credit card company which has had great customer service.

Who knows. The company boasts a 98% satisfaction rate, but notice that the only reviews that can be found are either here or the few good reviews that the "boast" on their website( obviously they wouldn't post any of the negative reviews). I have used this company twice- the first time had a terrific experience, this time HOR-rific. So it's up to you whether you want to risk it or not.

Both of my experiences have been super positive and I will continue to use them for all my needs, so I was pretty shocked to see all the bad reviews. Both times they were ordered last minute and I received them in 3-4 days in amazing packaging with special customer touches and they looked beautiful. I never had to go through customer service so maybe that's where they lack; not sure. I've been super impressed with the quality so far and have recommended them to all my friends. The cards are beautiful but the turnaround times is far longer than they quote on their site
