They had the most helpful and detailed roman shade video. I wanted to support a business that would put that much effort into a DIY video.

Quality. There are many lookalikes but only one Sailrite!

I've tried saving a few bucks by ordering through lesser known sites, one item took almost 6 weeks to ship. They said it was in stock but it obviously wasn't. There are so many website scams out here.
