It is a scam. A legit company has a cancellation and refund policy that makes sense, a customer service team that responds and is able to resolve issues and, most importantly, does not mess up their billing and collections that hurt their clients.

Scammers. Charging you for services never provided. Charging you for months (11 months in my case) AFTER you cancel the service. There is ZERO customer service. They don't pick up phone, never help, never answer hepldesk emails. That is it, they just charge you.

BASICALLY THEY ARE BOTH! THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE NOT JUST A SCAM SINCE THEY DO HAVE A REAL PRODUCT: RENTING OUT WORKSPACE AND ARE EVEN PUBLIC. HOWEVER THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU ANY COSTUMERSERVICE AND AT THE SAME TIME THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE CATTLE, TRYING TO MILK YOU OUT WITH FALSE BILLING. THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THEY CLAIM TO OFFER ARE IN REALITY COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. A GREAT DEAL OF THEIR SAILSPITCH SEEMS TO BE FLEXIBILITY BUT AT THE SAME TIME THEIR CONTRACTS ARE INTENTIALY CONSTRUCTED TO PUNISH FLEXIBEL BEHAVIOR. THEY WILL ALWAYS TAKE MORE THAN THEY GIVE. THE STAFF WONT HESITATE TO LIE OR WITHOLD CRUCIAL INFORMATION IF ITS CONVENIENT TO THEM AT ANY MOMENT AND THE CEO AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS COULDNT CARE LESS AS LONG AS MONEY KEEPS COMMING IN. THEY MIGHT HOLD BACK YOUR MAIL CHASE AWAY YOUR COSTUMERS OR LOCK YOU OUT FOR NOT PAYING YOUR BILLS EVEN WHEN YOU DID PAY EVERYTHING AND THEY ARE JUST TO STUBBORN TO ADMIT THE INCOMPETENCE OF THEIR OWN ADMINISTRATORS ETC ETC ETC! AND THESE THINGS DONT JUST HAPPEN IN ONE OR TWO CENTERS BUT THESE TYPES OF COMPLAINTS ARE INTERNATIONAL!

It felt very much like a high pressure to sign scam. Very, incredibly disappointed by Regus.

Regus is a scam. I was charged for services I never purchased right after I signed up. I only caught it due to security alerts from my bank. I have been trying to resolve this issue for DAYS with no resolution. Their customer service is horrendous. Your credit card information is not secure on their site. I will not do business with this company. They ignore my requests to cancel my account and ensure I not charged given the security breach on my credit card. I only wish I had more carefully researched them before. I hope this helps other people understand NOT to give their credit card information to this company. YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IS NOT SECURE WITHE REGUS.

All of the previous comments are correct. Up until around 2018, they were a great company. Then something happened (I believe change in ownership) and it is now mostly a scam. Do not use them.

Complete and total scam. There business mode is fraud, and being completely unresponsive to all inquiries.

Regus is a complete and total scam company. You can work on trying to resolve a billing issue for MONTHS without ever being provided a single actual contact who works at the "helpdesk", and of whom the local agents aren't even allowed to call or email!

This is a complete con, and scam through and through.

It's a scammy company. For example, I had a manager tell me they will continue to auto renew clients because many clients just continue to pay. The overcharge for each and every thing, and the quality of service is mediocre at best. Poor value for your dollar.
