Answer:
They contacted the manufacturer and arranged for a custom size. A closer, smaller company (the nearest to me was two hours way by car) simply replied that the company does not offer the size I needed and didn't bother to inquire with the manufacturer. Two other companies I contacted in the same area didn't bother to reply to my inquiry.
