My dog won 3rd place in Ulster and I was supposed to win 500votes but I didn't get it. Can you tell me why I didn't get the votes?

Hi Goda, thanks for your question. The coupons are awarded automatically by the system at the end of the contest. You can find the coupon when you go to the profile of the pet you want to vote for, click on Vote for Pet and then select Coupons. Please note that you have one month to use it and that we allow the use of only 1 coupon per pet per contest to prevent fraud.
