Hi Nikki, thanks for your question! At the end of each contest all winners receive an automatic email with a verification form, which they need to fill out in order to claim their prize. We are bound by stricts contest rules and regulations, and we need to verify the identity of the winners and ownership of the pet before processing the prizes. Hi there! As long as the user is located in one of the countries we operate in, he/she can participate in the contests. Currently we operate in 8 countries - the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Sweden, Norway.

All winners go through a verification process once they have won a prize in one of our contests, as we need to verify their identity and that they are the owners of the pet they participated with. Once this is done, we process the prizes within around 21-30 days after verification. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at any time!

Hi Debra, thank you for your question. You can win a voting coupon if your pet ends up in the TOP 3 in the regions contests or from place 4-50 in the country contest. You can see the respective amount for each of the places when you go to the Leaderboard.

Hi Goda, thanks for your question. The coupons are awarded automatically by the system at the end of the contest. You can find the coupon when you go to the profile of the pet you want to vote for, click on Vote for Pet and then select Coupons. Please note that you have one month to use it and that we allow the use of only 1 coupon per pet per contest to prevent fraud.
