Absolutely "Not!" Paypal has evolved into a buyer protector at the cost of the seller who even with Delivery Documentation(s) and Post Master statement(s) as delivery evidence the seller looses the goods and the money paid by the buyer which is immediately removed from the sellers account without proper procedure as in PayPal thinking it is a bank (only banks have these types of Federal Powers) to reach back into your account and take your money out and gleefully give it back to the buyer and now the buyer has the goods and his money back and there is nothing that you can do about it but boycott Paypal exclusively!
