How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at MyFlowerTree?

Very poor customer service. I tried more than 100 times in 2days but not a single response received

Not easy at all. They send standard email replies and no refund policy! They are worst!

Worst customer service ever... so rude... don know how to talk n deal wit customers. They vil cal at da last moment n inform wit out any alternate option

It seems impossible. They give you a call back option, but they do not call back. The official email is also disabled.

THEY DO NOT HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER. NO ONE TO ATTEND THE PHONE CALL. ITS JUST ONLY RECORDED MESSAGE AND THATS IT. PHONE IS NOT ATTENDED. THEY ARE ROBBERS. CHEATERS.

It is a fraud business being run by a bunch of crooks. Stay away from them and do not use their platform to place any order.
