Avoid mattress faulty after 10 months won't repair replace or refund

They lied to me, where rude via email, sent me a mattress which had another person's address on it which leads me to believe I was sold a second hand mattress, then on top of all that I had to pay £93 to return it because they don't offer returns, had to hire a courier to collect it, they are the worst online business I have ever done business with I advise people to stay away!

It's not a scam - though from personal experience they're not the best choice when it comes to the delivery service. Mattress - fantasic. Price - fantastic. Delivery speed - questionable (not because it's not the day after I ordered, "next day" means next day from dispatch not from order date - people need to get a grip). Delivery service - disgraceful (literally dumped on the doorstep when nobody was in, after being told not to deliver that day when the original delivery had to be changed).

This is a legitimate company. The standard of products and service is very high. Mattress was delivered within 2 days.
