is the only way to contact them by opening an after sale ticket ? i have a problem writing my address there is no enough space for me to write the full address and i tried everything to contact them i asked them on face book and they told me that i should open a ticket but the thing is i can only open one if i already ordered from them and this is my first order ! the customer services is very bad you should have an online chat or at lest an email for pr-sale questions

Contact your credit card company and dispute the charges at least you will get your money back... i had to report them for fraud and get a new card because of this horrible company best to abandon your purchase and report them to your visa or mastercard

Yea they hv a bad customer service... u can only contact them via a ticket on their site

Company is not going to help you even if you get through to them. It's a site designed to get your money and only occasionally provide a product. Even when the occasional product is sent, it frequently is not what the buyer ordered, etc. As an organization setup to steal, they write themselves fake reviews claiming to be customers. After the order they deliberately will not communicate with the cheated buyer. Sorry.

Why did you give them 4 stars? If you haven't ordered anything and already you can't see where to ask any information... Seems odd.

Usually, when you have an account on their homepage, you shud be able to write down your full adress. If thats the case that you stil lack space then, yes indeed. You have to open a ticket to get in touch with them. The good stuff is they respond very fast. Thats smt their at least good in

Yes, you have to open a ticket but their response time was within 24 hours after the ticket is open. I have read a lot of the reviews and the bad experiences some customers have had. I, myself, had a couple of purchased items that I was displeased with and a ticked was opened. I was immediately contacted by their Customer Service Dept. and a replacement and/or refund was given. I have been completely satisfied with this company and will continue to order from them.

Go to my ticket... click on ticket id then at the bottom of the page there should be a place where you can lodge a complaint or write to them... no sure what to do if you haven't ordered from them,,,\carol. X

When I had a problem, I wrote a ticket. And the seller said to me very quickly. The problem was solved.
