Hi Kirstie yes the same thing happened to me, the best way is once its finished to put it on a harddrivr or usb to replay when you want and no sticking. Even with that you can stil add or delite from your kizmo account

I would say recreate the slide show. I had the same issue and i recreating it solved it. If not contact the help desk. They are quick to respond.
