I believe most of Walmart products sold are Fair condition with more usage shown cosmetically. If you need higher quality condition, please go to jemjem.com and select Excellent condition. All orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. If you haven't received the order confirmation by end of Tuesday, you should contact support@jemjem.com and they can get you updates. Not sure what happened but usually ships in 1 business days but Monday is busy day so if order came in later time, it might take 2 business days.
