I believe most of Walmart products sold are Fair condition with more usage shown cosmetically. If you need higher quality condition, please go to jemjem.com and select Excellent condition. Question:

If ordered through ebay, how long will it take for my item to ship? I ordered on Friday, October 4th at 4:50pm PST, and it still has not been shipped.

Answer:

All orders are shipped in 1-2 business days. If you haven't received the order confirmation by end of Tuesday, you should contact support@jemjem.com and they can get you updates. Not sure what happened but usually ships in 1 business days but Monday is busy day so if order came in later time, it might take 2 business days.
