How long does it take for you to answer an open ticket regarding billing refund?

Answer:
I got an answer from the company in less than 24 hours and they said a full refund is going to be made within 7 - 10 business days in my account.

Question:

No one gets back from customer service. Tickets can't be created - when I input info & hit submit it just whirls round and never completes submission.

When I go to "embed on website" feature, it just sends me back to the publications page and does not create an embed code. No one at customer service

Customer service does not exist at ISSUU. Only drop down screens that never answer your question.

Answer:
Hi Kim, I'm sorry if we haven't answered your question if you submitted a ticket to our queue. Happy to look into it if you can give us more detail including your user name. I can not find a recent ticket by searching just your first name and last initial.
