How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at IronSource?

They sometimes don't respond to emails and when they do respond, they ask you for one piece of information. When you provide it, they reply 1 or 2 days later asking for 1 other piece of information. This continues for days instead of them just asking for all of the required information at one time. Super inefficient and a waste of time.
