Do anyone know how to report CyberCrime and consumer court.
We need to take this action immediate.

To earn money
And to please customers they please customers with fake things

These people are organised fraudsters. They make money out of you and not loyal to customers. They make you run behind them like dog after taking your money and ask you to pay extra and still not deliver cake. Cheap greedy fraud company.

Horrible experience. Total scamsters. I wish I could report them to the consumer court somehow but I live outside India and do not know how to do so.

India cakes are giving false commitments...

In website itself they are promising delivery time 9 PM-11:55 PM, and they are charging amount as per delivery timings.

As per my experience Don't trust plz...

To earn money. Their cakes are expensive and are charging huge shipping charges twice. Customer service is ver disappointing. Delivered cake around 9pm that too of different flavour eventhough ordered 2 days prior to scheduled delivery day

THEY ARE THE CHEATING CAKE COMPANY THAT COMPANY NEEDS TO BE CLOSED, PLEASE INITATE COURT ACTION AGAINAST THE COMPANY. I WAS ALSO CHEATED BY THEM.

Why do they cheat? Because they are allowed by Indian pathetic judiciary system to cheat people.

Seeing complaints as old as 2 years and having had my own bad experience yesterday (16th May 2021), i would say, India is best place for fraudsters like them.

No cheat, their service is very good. They never cheat to anyone.
