They are Chinese SCAMMERS, based in Hong Kong. Do not order any product from them. They will not issue RMA's They use a fake return shipping address. Luke Sky (as in Skywalker) 2800 N. Frankin Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46219

The same happened to me. I canceled my order. I think it's a scam as well. Disgraceful.
