I have purchased six pairs of boots, a pair of wool slippers, and two jackets from Huckberry since 2018. I always receive the items quickly, and they are always high quality. The customer service is very fast and very helpful. I hate to see that others think it's a scam and hope their issues got resolved.

Scam. Will take your money but won't ship your product.

The best products and excellent customer service, whomever said they were a scam is a scam themselves!

Definitely not a scam, a very legit upstanding website and company. I’ve ordered many items from them. All arrived on time, well packed, and in perfect condition.

Sometimes they delivered late but their products were always good and nice price.
I am happy with them everyone when I purchased and you guys can find good deal regularly.

I've had nothing but great interactions with shipping and product quality. If I've ever had an issue its been super easy to reach out to their support team to get it resolved

Huckberry is legit. Never had issues with their products and I’ve been buying from them for years. I even accidentally ordered something with an old address, my fault… and they made the correction asap. I’ve made returns without issue. Some companies take days if not weeks to get a response and Huckberry responds sooner than what is needed or expected. They ensure that you are taken care of.

Huckberry told me they would ship another package. After 37 days the tracking site said the package was on its way at 6:45 am, then at 7 am, the tracking site said it was delivered. Total scam. Thank goodness I didn't spend a lot.

I bought in February that's still never received anything even though they tell me I did complete and total scam
