I ordered a TV from HSN website with flexpay option with 4 monthly debits from my debit card, first payment was to be 99.00, I received a confirmation email approving my order and order number. Then less than 1/2 hour later, I received email that my order was cancelled with no reason listed. I then checked my bank account and found they debited 101.01 from my account, now 3 days later it is still taken from my account even though they had cancelled my order right after receiving it. They still have my money which they should have never debited since they cancelled my order! I had emailed them that same day they took my money & demanded they refund my money, they never responded. Now how do I get my money back which they wrongfully took?!!
