Scam. They have no service. The don't answer calls or have an interaction web site.

More of a scam that wants the cash with no results your better off buying a info tag for your pet

I thought they were legit as they are used by my vet, but I am now questioning their honesty and can they be trusted.

I thought they were legit but I will be letting my veterinarian know about their poor customer service which makes me question how they would contact you if your pet is lost.

Its legit but unreliable
Gonna ask vet about other companies this co. Had all different info and wrong info on pets they would never have been able to reach me even had wrong vets info
