Shady company that false advertises, opts people in to monthly orders and is almost impossible to leave. Think if it like a bad MLM company (pushes products monthly you don't want or order) crossed with a gang or cult (makes it extremely hard almost impossible to leave).

Tough question. I placed an order on 4/25 today is 4/30 (NOTHING) called, emailed, texted. Finally texted back informing me that my order had been refunded. Obviously this company does not want business. Maybe they are a scam and decided to refund before charge was disputed with my CC company. Either way I would not recommend doing business with them

They ship your products. But they trick you in having a subscription.
It's not a scam, just unethical

A real company. I've never had any issues with them and when I have had problems they resolved them satisfactorily. From what I can tell from the reviews people need to read terms and agreements better. I guess reading is a lost art.
I've delayed shipments when I didn't need items and put in orders when I needed then sooner. The grove guides have been helpful and very communicative.

SCAM. Y'all know that so why ask the ppl you've stole from and created a lot of problems for me during a time I had health issues!

I believe they are a legitimate company in that they ship products to customers, but they'll sleazily "opt you in" to subscription services without telling you.

This is a wonderful REAL company with lovely products. Love it!

No scam here! Great products, good prices! I order monthly!

They aren't a scam, in my experience, but rather just a company that does not prioritize customer needs and satisfaction.
