If you must cancel an order then why do you not notify the customer so he is not wasting all day waiting for you? Why is the service so unreliable?

Exactly. That was my issue as well. It's very annoying and not very good customer service.

They usually give you play by play as to what's happening but then sometimes in the long run you're not even getting your order but when you do get your order they're very helpful and then at the end they take a picture and prove that they delivered your food
