Non existent. You get a refund - no redelivery when they screw up. Worthless.

Two wrong addresses in one day with picture proof in tracking that it wasn't even my address number

Worst delivery ever. Items come one at a time over several days and eventually the rest of the order is cancelled.

Question:

If you must cancel an order then why do you not notify the customer so he is not wasting all day waiting for you? Why is the service so unreliable?

Answer:
Exactly. That was my issue as well. It's very annoying and not very good customer service.
