That's a good question. I believe they are legitimate company is we've ordered some products from them and gotten them. Where they're not, is there customer service or lack there of. If you have another option I purchased there. We've been going around and around for about four months now trying to get Products, return defective products, and finally get a refund. If you can avoid them and go to somebody else I certainly would.

A bit of both, they sell legit locks, though you need to be a computer wiz with early 2000s windows programs to make your lock work, and their customer service will just give you the runaround rather than help solve the problem

Legit. I'm a SAHM in Pennsylvania. I ordered two locks from them a few months ago. Both came and worked great. I had them keyed the same too, and that was done correctly. I just ordered another lock (this time for our front door) from them today.
