How long after placing an order for contacts is order fulfilled

You will wait and wait and wait and maybe have them tell you they are coming and then wait and wait and wait. My advice... don't order from them. There are so many lens companies that are fast and have good follow-up... it isn't worth it!

I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I places my order and waited a week, nothing. I reached out to them and they said this...
We apologize for the inconvenience. The contact lenses that you ordered were actually not available at our warehouse when you placed the order. Instead of waiting for our stocks to arrive, we have requested our distributor to send the contacts directly to you to shorten the delay.

I will never place anotber order with this company, right now I'm trying to even figure out if this is a legit company. I ordered a pair of glasses the same day I ordered these, but from another website. They made them and sent them to me, fast. I have never had to wait this long for contacts to be shipped to me. So now I'm wondering if they are even real contacts, and where they get them from. If they are safe for my eyes.

I've been waiting 10 days for them to process my order and they've stated it was going to ship today but we will see. They're trying to have me NOT cancel my order. This is annoying...

Good luck getting them at all. Fake tracking numbers is where I'm stuck currently. Website has said shipped for a week. By ups. However no ups tracking # but a usps # that has said label created but that's it. For days now. Customer service # says they are closed for the Jewish holiday today. What holiday is September 25th?

Same experience. It will possibly arrive too late, you will be charged for return shipping, and if you keep them (I agree with the other reviewer) you will wonder if they are real.

I ordered mine July 9th. Had to return them. By the time I get them back, it'll prob be sept 9th. Will never order from them again.
